After the final measure is complete, most custom frameless shower screens are manufactured and installed within 6 to 10 working days. Lead time can vary slightly depending on the glass type, hardware finish and layout.

If your tiler or builder is working to a handover date, it is worth contacting us before the bathroom is finished so we can plan the final measure as soon as the tiles are ready.

Final measurements should be taken after the wall tiles and floor tiles are complete. At that stage we can check the finished opening, wall alignment, floor fall, tile lines and clearances before the glass is ordered.

You can still send plans, photos or rough measurements earlier in the renovation. That helps us advise on the best screen style before the bathroom reaches final measure stage.

It depends on the bathroom size and how the room is used. Larger ensuites often suit a walk-in panel or hinged frameless screen, while tighter bathrooms may be better suited to a sliding shower screen or corner entry layout.

For family bathrooms, it is important to consider door swing, vanity position, towel rails, toilet clearance and how easily the shower can be cleaned day to day.

In many cases, yes. A frameless or semi-frameless shower screen can often be measured and installed into an existing tiled bathroom if the tiles, walls and shower base are suitable.

We need to check the finished opening, fixing points, waterproofing risk, old silicone lines and any holes left behind by the previous screen before confirming the best replacement option.

Many frameless shower screens are made around 2000mm to 2100mm high, but the right height depends on the ceiling height, shower head position, tile lines and the overall bathroom design.

Because the glass is custom made, the height can usually be adjusted to suit the finished bathroom rather than being limited to a standard off-the-shelf size.

We use 10mm toughened safety glass for our frameless shower screens. It gives the screen a solid feel, helps reduce flex and keeps the clean frameless appearance.

Compared with thinner glass used in many framed systems, 10mm glass feels more substantial and better suited to custom frameless bathrooms.

Low iron glass is worth considering if your bathroom has white tiles, light stone, marble-look finishes or lighter tapware. It gives the glass a clearer look with less green tint than standard clear glass.

Standard clear glass is still the most common choice, but low iron glass can make a noticeable difference in lighter bathrooms where the glass edge and colour are more visible.

Generally, yes. We offer a wide range of hardware finishes to help match common bathroom tapware and accessory ranges.

Popular options include chrome, matt black, brushed nickel, brushed brass and gunmetal. In most cases, we can get very close to the fittings selected for the bathroom.

Frameless shower screens require very little maintenance. Regular cleaning of the glass and occasional wiping of the seals and hardware is usually enough to keep the screen looking clear and operating properly.

If anything needs adjusting during the warranty period, we can come back out and sort it. Seals and silicone are considered consumable items, so they are not covered under warranty as they wear with normal use over time.
